Savio Industrial is part of the Savio Group
Since the 1980s, the Savio Group has grown under the leadership of the Stefanelli family, establishing itself as a recognised excellence in the Italian pharmaceutical sector. Today, the group employs over 500 people and generates an annual turnover exceeding 100 million euros.
Renowned for its dedication to the scientific community, Savio group fosters active collaboration with doctors, healthcare professionals, distributors, and health sector institutional stakeholders to improve therapeutic adherence and patient care, particularly for chronic diseases.
The group is deeply committed to supporting, educating its stakeholders through conferences, ECM courses, and initiatives focused on environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
Always active in R&D, the Savio Group is mainly focused on key therapeutic areas of diabetology, osteoarticular, endocrinology, cardiometabolic, and gastroenterology. The Group includes 2 production sites in Italy: one in Ronco Scrivia (Genoa), specializing in the production of Medical Devices, and one in Pavia, specializing in oral liquid and solid drugs.
While firmly rooted in Italy, the Group’s ambitions are global.
In addition to producing pharmaceutical specialties for third parties for markets around the world, Savio is actively expanding its international presence, by distributing its products to an increasing number of foreign markets.

Savio Industrial is a wholly-owned subsidiary F&S Holding S.r.l, a leading Italian group.
The Group covers the full spectrum from research and production, to distribution of therapeutic solutions, and actively supports scientific knowledge sharing among health professionals. This comprehensive approach reflects our passion and commitment to delivering quality care and support to Patients, General Practitioners, Specialists, Distributors, and Institutional Representatives.
